Select a Local FFL: While exploring online resources to find a nearby FFL for your firearm transfer, ensure they will indeed accept your item and perform the transfer, and that their fee is reasonable. You wouldn’t want an FFL to receive your items if they charge excessively high fees or only conduct gun transfers for items bought in their store. Before purchasing a gun online, it’s advisable to have already contacted and secured an FFL dealer to handle firearm transfers for you. So, when communicating with them initially, confirm their willingness to accept the firearm shipment and ensure you are comfortable with the dealer’s fee.

  3. Browse and Select: Navigate our website’s inventory to locate the firearm you wish to purchase. Once found, click on the item for more details. Verify the specifications, price, and any additional provided information. If you have decided on a firearm, click the “Add to Cart” button. Review your cart to confirm the correct item, then proceed to checkout. During checkout, you will likely need to provide your shipping information, billing details, payment method, and choose a shipping option.

  4. Submit Required Documentation: After completing your checkout and payment, you may need to submit necessary documentation. This might include a copy of your driver’s license or another form of identification, along with any required permits or licenses as per your state or local laws. Instructions on how to submit these documents are usually provided.

  5. CONTACT YOUR DEALER AND HAVE THEM EMAIL US: Contact your FFL dealer and request them to send their FFL information to ffl@armoryammo.com. Ensure to include any invoice numbers and your customer name for us to match it to your order.

  6. Pick Up Your Firearm: Once the firearm has been shipped to your chosen FFL dealer and any requisite background checks are completed, you can retrieve your firearm from the dealer. Remember to bring a government-issued ID displaying your picture and current address, along with licenses or permits as required by your state and the items purchased. Inspect the firearm before accepting the transfer, complete necessary paperwork and background checks, then take possession of the firearm.

NO! Unfortunately, we do not ship firearms directly to any customer’s address unless they are an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. 

Within North America:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 30-day return guarantee on any firearm purchase made with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your firearm, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all firearm returns. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns and ensuring the quality of our products.

Additionally, please be aware that we cannot issue a refund of the initial payment until the firearm has been received and processed at our warehouse. Once we have received the returned firearm and it has been inspected, we will promptly process your refund minus the restocking fee.

  1. Federal Background Check (FFL Transfer):

    • Regardless of where you buy the firearm—online or in person—a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder must handle the transfer.
    • When purchasing a firearm online, the gun is typically shipped to a local FFL holder (such as a gun store) near you.
    • You’ll then visit the FFL holder to complete the purchase and undergo a background check.
  2. Age Requirement:

    • Federal law requires purchasers to be at least 18 years old to buy long guns (rifles and shotguns) and 21 years old to buy handguns.
    • Some states may have stricter age requirements, so it’s essential to check your state laws.
  3. Background Check:

    • The background check is conducted through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) administered by the FBI.
    • The FFL holder will run the background check before transferring the firearm to you.
    • If you have a criminal record, have been dishonorably discharged from the military, or have certain restraining orders, you will likely be prohibited from purchasing a firearm.
  4. Residency Requirement:

    • Typically, you must be a resident of the state where you are purchasing the firearm.

  5. Waiting Periods:

    • Some states have waiting periods between the purchase and delivery of a firearm.

Absolutely, we do offer a layaway option for firearms priced around $1000 or more. Here’s how it works:

You would need to make a down payment of 50%, and once that’s done, we’ll reserve the firearm for you.

Certainly! Once you’ve placed an order on our website and completed the payment, we immediately send out a tracking link for your shipment. This link will enable you to track your order from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches its destined address. Yes, there are background check requirements for purchasing firearms online. When you purchase a firearm online, the firearm is typically shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder in your area. Before you can take possession of the firearm, you’ll need to pass a background check conducted by the FFL dealer.

This background check is required by federal law and is done through the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). The purpose of the background check is to ensure that the purchaser is not prohibited by law from owning a firearm.

Once you pass the background check and meet all other legal requirements, you can then pick up the firearm from the FFL dealer and complete the necessary paperwork to take possession of it. It’s important to familiarize yourself with your state and local laws regarding firearm purchases as they may have additional requirements.

At this time, we do not have a physical store location for viewing firearms. All orders and purchases are made online through our website. However, rest assured that we are committed to providing you with excellent service and making your purchase process as smooth and easy as possible.

Yes, you can certainly modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If payment has already been processed before the need for modifications, reach out to us, and we will assist you accordingly.

If a refund is necessary, it will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation request. Your satisfaction is important to us, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or need further assistance with your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any trade-in or buy-back programs for firearms at this time.

Gun Magazines

  1. Choose the gun magazine you want to buy, choose the quantity and press the button “ADD TO CART”. 
  2. You can choose another item and add to cart. 
  3. To place an order access your cart and press the CHECKOUT button. 
  4. Fill in your personal data( name, surname, phone number and shipping address)
  5. On the bases of your address, the shop will offer you available shipping options, their cost and details. You should choose the one suitable for you.
  6. Then you’ll be headed to the page where you can choose the payment method. To finish your purchase you have to accept the shop rules. And push the button “Place order”
  7. If the entire procedure is performed correctly, you’ll get a confirmation letter to your mail with its detailed description of your order and how to complete your PayPal payment. If you’ve made a mistake or filled in invalid data ? the shop will point to them and you’ll be able to correct the mistakes.
  8. As soon as the payment is received the status of your order will be changed to “Completed” and will be ready for shipping. You’ll receive a mailing letter with all the details.
  9. As soon as your order is shipped the status of your order will be changed to “Shipped”, you’ll automatically get the detailed email.
  10. The shop will be automatically checking your tracking number and as soon as your order is delivered you’ll get a notification about the delivery.

Any orders placed for magazines that are not legal in your state will immediately be refunded and restocked and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CA except to law enforcement or customers with high capacity magazine permit.

Chicago and other counties within IL: No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in the following areas. Aurora, Illinois: maximum capacity of 15 rounds. Cook County, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds. Chicago, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds. 

Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.

Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CT. As of 10/1/13 in order to comply with CT Senate Bill No. 1160 magazines holding 10 rounds or less can only be purchased if buyer provides a copy of driver’s license and ONE of the following: state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate.

Delaware:  No magazines over 17 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DE.

District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DC.

Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds that are compatible with any pistol (to include magazines compatible with both a pistol and rifle) will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in HI.

Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MD.

Massachusetts: No magazines over 5 shotgun shells and over 10 rounds for Rifles & Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MA.

New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NJ.

New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NY.

Rhode Island: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in RI.

Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds for Rifles and over 15 rounds for Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in VT.

Washington: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in WA.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any magazine purchased from our shop. 

We don’t accept backorders. You can sign up for an email notification when the magazine is available for purchase again.

Product fitment is the responsibility of the customer. Make sure you are purchasing the right magazine for your firearm before completing your payment. 

It is very infrequent that an active order is canceled. You should have received an email or text with specifics of why the order was canceled. Possible reasons include:

  • You did not follow the payment instructions to the letter. 
  • You went against your state laws.   
  • Possibly fraudulent activity was detected.
  • The Magazine you ordered is out of stock. 

Payments and Returns

Our payment options can vary throughout the day, but currently, we accept PayPal, and Bitcoin. Please note that our payment options are subject to change, so feel free to inquire about our current options when making a purchase.

We”re sorry but if you don’t have a PayPal account or Bitcoin you will have to create one to complete your order or contact us to see if we can help you out.  

We don’t accept credit cards on our website because we’ve had issues with fraudulent transactions in the past. People have used stolen cards, which led to disputes and chargebacks with the banks. This creates significant problems for us, so we’ve decided to use other payment methods that are more secure.

We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of order. All returns will be charged a return fee of 20%.
